Alhamdulillah! Our Audiologist’s Second International Research Article Has Been Published!

We’re proud to share that the article titled “Aetiology of Hearing Loss in Cochlear Implantees: A Study of 191 Cases at CI Centre, CMH, Dhaka” has been published in the International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology (IJISRT), Volume 9, Issue 12 (December 2024).

This important study was carried out during our Audiologist’s internship back in 2020, focusing on identifying the causes of hearing loss among cochlear implant patients at the CI Centre, CMH, Dhaka. The research was conducted under the guidance of the esteemed Colonel Dr. Delwar Hossain Sir.

🔍 The findings pointed out that premature birth was a major factor, underlining the urgent need for increased awareness and care during pregnancy. Even today, a lack of proper prenatal care can result in irreversible consequences for children and their families.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations and prayers for continued success in contributing to impactful research in the field of audiology and speech-language development.
